Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk vanilla or plain
  • 2 large bananas frozen and chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted almonds *See notes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup ice crushed

Method
 

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add almond milk, frozen banana, and almonds. Blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Add the cinnamon and ice, then blend again until your desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
